Gareth is a graduate of Toi Whakaari : The NZ Drama School and has been based in Australia for over 10 years working in Theatre, Film and TV. Most recently he played Harry in the full 5 year run of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child (Michael Cassel Group). Other theatre credits include Richard 3, The Dream, Antony and Cleopatra, Macbeth, Julius Caesar (Bell Shakespeare), Straight White Men (Melbourne Theatre Company), WarHorse (National Theatre of Great Britain), Revolt She Said Revolt Again (Malthouse Theatre) Middletown (Red Stitch Actors Theatre). Other theatre highlights include Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, King Lear, The Cherry Orchard, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Caligula, Proof and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. This is Gareth’s first appearance with Melbourne Shakespeare Company and he is thrilled to be here.
