When a group of young socialites from Melbourne become shipwrecked on the shores of a strange island, they are forced to fend for themselves. Separated from her twin brother and believing him lost at sea, the determined Viola steps out to explore this mysterious land. Viola then finds the nearby households of Olivia and Orsino who are overrun with passion, and so begins the whirlwind adventure of mistaken identity and unrequited love.
