Born and raised in Naarm/Melbourne, Joshua (he/him) is an Actor/Singer/Dancer with a BFA in Music Theatre from The Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). Joshua is honoured to have received the Dr. Andrew McAliece and Dr Richard Simmie Award for 2020, and the 2021 Ron and Margaret Dobell Foundation Industry Award. Prior to his training at VCA, he also attended Showfit (2017) and Active Performance Studios (2018). Credits include the Australian tour of 'Mary Poppins' (Michael Cassel Group & Cameron Mackintosh), ‘The Who’s Tommy' (Victorian Opera), various operas with Opera Australia and Victorian Opera, ‘A Golem Story’ (Malthouse Theatre) and John Foreman’s ‘New Year’s Eve Gala Concert’ (Hamer Hall). Joshua is thrilled to be joining Melbourne Shakespeare Company this season for the first time.
